Associate Attorney supporting the firm’s real estate, employment, business/corporate matters and business litigation.   Consistent with the firm’s practice, Sasha’s real estate work includes all forms of agreements and transactional support from purchase and sale agreements, to joint ventures, leases agreements and title review. 

 

As part of the business and corporate practice, Sasha works with the formation of entities including corporations and LLCs, drafting Operating Agreements, Corporate Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation or Organization.  Sasha’s work also incorporates various employment matters involving wage and hour issues, employee misclassification and independent contractor status, employee discipline, and employee privacy, just to name a few prominent areas of practice.

Sasha is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association; sections including the Real Estate Section, the Women’s Section, and Barristers.  Sasha has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in Northern California in 2024.  Only 5% of attorneys in Northern California receive this distinction.

Representative transactional and land development clients have included:

  • Residential land developers in the negotiation and documentation of purchase, sale and assignment agreements for undeveloped and partially improved land throughout the greater Bay Area and in the Central Valley, addressing title exceptions, development agreements, and working with capital partners and joint venture partners to move ahead with the development and improvements.

  • Business owners in the drafting of bylaws, software development agreements, advisory board agreements, trademark applications, incorporation documents, and other miscellaneous agreements.

  • Landlords in the drafting of leases, consulting agreements, and advising on miscellaneous tenant disputes.

  • Contractors in the development of their business through marketing and website development and drafting their contracts with clients and subcontractors; work has also included involvement on the jobsites, consisting of: demolition, plumbing, framing, electrical, and more.

 

Representative litigation and dispute resolution matters have included:

  • Research and drafting legal memoranda’s regarding business disputes, employment issues, real property transactions, copyright infringement and numerous other civil actions.
